Each intern receives a division, department, supervisor, mentor, duration and defined learning outcomes.

Role-based access, confidentiality agreements, policies and supervision protect customers and company information.

Evidence of progress

Attendance, weekly reports, learning modules, projects and evaluations create a useful development record.

Each stage has a responsible owner and a recorded outcome.

    Application and People-team review

    The team reviews your CV, school, programme, department preference and proposed duration.

    Department approval

    The receiving department confirms capacity, a supervisor, a mentor and suitable practical work.

  3. 03

    Agreement and onboarding

    Required agreements, emergency details, policies and a secure account are completed.

  4. 04

    Attendance and supervised work

    Daily attendance, weekly reports, learning modules and practical projects create evidence of progress.

  5. 05

    Evaluation and completion

    The supervisor, mentor and People team complete a final review before any certificate is issued.

  6. 06

    Future opportunity review

    Strong participants may be considered for a suitable future role when an approved opportunity becomes available.
